WAYNE RUSSELL
President & Principal

WRA President Wayne Russell Wayne Russell has proven himself to be a leader in manufacturing and in the field of Industrial Engineering as evidenced by his diverse technical and management background in a wide variety of manufacturing environments spanning over the past 32 years. His professional, high energy, results oriented, work ethic has provided a foundation for his continued success. Wayne's career started as an Industrial Engineer for Hoover Universal producing automobile seats.he fundamentals learned here provided the basis for his future success. In the following 24 years, Wayne held progressive positions in Industrial Engineering such as Senior IE, Chief IE and Manager of Industrial Engineering. He began consulting full time in the year 2000 with continuing success and proven results. Some of his major accomplishments are:


Designed and installed the industries first fully mechanized sofa sleeper fabrication, paint and assembly line.

Several new plant startups.

Key participant in numerous successful Turnarounds.

Designed and implemented an entire new plant layout and Lean flow for an automotive supplier plant consolidation / relocation.

Developed and implemented the continuous line-flow method of full- body painting of Class A motor-homes.

Designed and implemented lean manufacturing cells in both the automotive and consumer goods industries.

Wayne completed his BS degree in Industrial Technology, Cum Laude, from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. He completed his MTM blue card training, Hoover Universal's Time Study School and became a Certified Manufacturing Engineer in plant layout and material handling through SME's certification program. Wayne earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from a certified trainer with Anchor Resource Management and has assisted in training, coaching and mentoring of Green and Black Belts. He is also a Certified Lean Implementer through Knights Institute and has attended numerous ergonomics seminars and training.

DONNA DORSEY
Senior Associate

Donna Dorsey understands healthcare and for over 30 years, Donna has moved up the ranks building a solid foundation of expertise and a deep understanding of healthcare from clinicals to management and has developed a great heart and appreciation for the patients and their needs.

Donna's career started out as a Paramedical Examiner and has progressed through many phases and progressive responsibilities which include: Industrial Nurse, Clinical Assistant, Clinical Coordinator, Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Practice Administrator. Her experience and background includes expertise in: Practice consulting, HR responsibilities, HIPPA compliance, billing and collections, medical records, clinical operations and improvement, medical practice startups, medical practice relocations, physician credentialing, physician recruiting, coding, practice management and, scheduling. She has direct experience in Pediatric medicine, OB/GYN, Internal medicine, and Pulmonary medicine. She also has a unique understanding and experience in Medicare, Medicare claims processing and files. Some of her major accomplishments are:

Facilitated and managed several medical practice startups including office relocations and the establishment of satellite offices.

Consulting and Acquisition of medical practices

Facilitated a medical practice merger

Assessment and consulting services for "at risk" practices

Served as the Patient Advocate for a large medical group

Donna is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) having successfully passed the rigorous training and testing requirements. Donna maintains and grows her skills by her continuous training efforts and attending seminars that support her career choice.

RANDELL JONES
Senior Associate

WRA Senior Associate Randell Jones Randell served in the Republic of South Vietnam from 1967 to 1968 as a Radiologic Technologist with the 84th Medical Detachment at Bien Hoa Army Base.  During his military career he was awarded a number of military awards including the Meritorious Service Medal and the Army Commendation Medal.

Randell has demonstrated a high level of knowledge and ability in various positions of authority including: Radiology Director, Executive Director of Outpatient Services, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Patient Services, and Chief Operating Officer at Memorial Medical Center Jacksonville, Florida, and Associate Administrator (COO) at Hazard Regional Medical Center. Randell now consults to healthcare organizations on operational issues and imaging center development.  He has created programs to automate and streamline healthcare processes such as radiology equipment and imaging center construction and proforma development, daily staff productivity measurement, Key Performance Indicators, performance dashboards, and many other operational management tools.

Randell is a Registered Radiologic Technologist, and has been continuously registered since 1963.  He received his Radiologic Technology training at the Medical Field Service School, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.  He earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health Services Administration from LaSalle University.

Randell is married to Bonnie S. Jones, RT and they reside in Staffordsville, Kentucky where they have lived since 2001.
